How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

PROCESSING TIMES
1-2 weeks to make your order and ship it out to you. 
Ready to ship items will be shipped in 2 to 3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES
Australia - 1 to 2 weeks
New Zealand - 2 to 4 weeks
Everywhere else - 3 to 5 weeks

If you live in a country with strict customs laws, please be prepared to wait longer.

Does my order come with tracking?

If you purchased a tracking number, all tracking numbers will be provided to you upon shipment.

Express orders include a tracking number. 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Australian orders come with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You will not automatically receive tracking, however, it can be purchased at the checkout.

I provided you with the wrong address for my order. What do I do?

If you have provided us with the wrong address, wrong sizing, or left something out of your order, please contact us immediately. 
We are happy to change any details for you HOWEVER, if we have already shipped your item we cannot change these details.

If you have neglected to provide us with correct details, you are ineligible for refunds, returns or exchanges as it is your responsibility to ensure that your details are correct.

If your package is returned to us due to it being "undeliverable", you will have to re-pay for shipping in order for us to send it out again.

I think you charged me too much for shipping. Can I have a refund?

Shipping costs include the cost of envelopes, gift wrapping, travel to and from the post office as well as the stamp costs. We also partially refund shipping if you pay more than $2AUD in excess. 

If you feel that you have been overcharged, please contact us with a picture of the stamps on your envelope so that we can determine how much you need to be refunded.

Other information

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

You are eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The item is damaged during shipping
  • The item is lost during shipping
  • Your order is incorrect
You are not eligible for a refund if:
  • The item is damaged after it is received
  • You have provided us with incorrect details (such as address, sizing or colours)
Damaged items
If your item is damaged before it reaches you, please contact us with pictures of the damages. We may be able to guide you through repairing the damage. If not, we will provide you with a refund for the damaged item.
Lost During Shipping
If you did not purchase tracking
  • If your parcel does not arrive within 60 days of receiving a shipping notification, you are eligible for a full refund. You will receive a refund for the item but not for the shipping costs.
If you did purchase tracking
  • We will do everything in our power to locate it for you. If your parcel does not arrive within 60 days of receiving a shipping notification, you are eligible for a full refund.

Incorrect Order
You will receive a refund for the item but not for the shipping costs.
